Role: Research Analyst

Role Objective

Maintain and enhance the quality of JLL’s proprietary research database by performing data entry, quality monitoring, and geographic hierarchy management for property, company, and transaction information.

Key Responsibilities

Data Management & Quality Control

• Perform data entry of property, company, and transaction information into Research database

• Regularly monitor data quality dashboards for accuracy and completeness

• Correct inaccurate location information based on strict geographic hierarchy

• Monitor company names and merge/enrich records with additional data

Research & Analysis

• Conduct internet research to obtain missing property and company information

• Review new data entries for accuracy and take corrective actions when needed

• Participate in ad hoc data clean-up projects based on team priorities

• Coordinate with Research leadership to improve data completeness and quality

Operational Excellence

• Ensure required productivity and efficiency as per business requirements
